Abel Molale Pebe is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company and provides legal assistance to the firm’s clients across its various areas of practice. Mr. Pebe began his legal career at Nemaname Attorneys in Lichtenburg as a candidate attorney in 2015. He later joined Lategan Viljoen Pistorius Attorneys as a candidate attorney and subsequently served as a professional assistant at the firm.

Mr. Pebe specialises in civil litigation in both the Magistrates’ Courts and the High Court, maintenance applications, debt collection, eviction matters, the drafting and interpretation of contracts, family law, and employment law.

Mr. Pebe also provides pro bono legal services to residents of Madibeng through a radio programme on Letlhabile Radio Station every Thursday, where he offers free legal advice. In addition, our office participates in the annual Wills Week and Attorneys Week, during which we assist members of the public by providing free legal services.
